When you accomplish your Cyber Essentials certification not only are you demonstrating that you take your businesses IT Security seriously, you are also backed by industry including the Federation of Small Businesses, the CBI and a number of insurance organisations which are offering incentives for businesses.
Cyber Essentials is suitable for all organisations, of any size, in any sector.
From 1 October 2014, Government requires all suppliers bidding for contracts involving the handling of certain sensitive and personal information to be certified against the Cyber Essentials scheme.

The process for achieving your certification has already been carried out amongst many of our existing customers, which basically means we can help get you certified quickly. Once achieved, your organisation will benefit from:

• Certification shows your commitment to security and demonstrates to your business partners, regulators and suppliers that you take cyber security seriously.
• Attract new business by assuring your customers and prospects that you have cyber security measures implemented.
• Cyber Essentials certification is required to work with the UK government. Cyber Essentials Plus will afford you the opportunity to work with the Ministry Of Defence.

Cyber Essentials Plus provides the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme. You'll need to demonstrate a more robust cyber security environment than necessary for Cyber Essentials, with specific areas of focus such as email phishing attacks and hacking.
